Easy to use remote for my grandmother

Hiya
Never thought about "easy to use" remotes until now. Just purchased a new TV for my Nanna and she is not getting used to the remote.
We really just need a remote that turns on, channel up and down + volume up and down. Anything else is just adding to the confusion for my Nanna.
Anyone done any field research in this area and happy to share?
I've seen a few remotes for the "elderly" or "disabled" and personally I think they more confusing!
Thanks

If your Gran's eyesight isn't what it was, try eBay for the previous "Mk.2" version of the above One For All one. It is light grey with dark blue buttons - better contrast. The layout of 4 buttons in a circle with "Mute" in the middle was exactly the same as the new one.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
