Ryanair Question

I took advantage of those free tickets from Ryanair and went a bit overboard and bought 10 for friends without asking. Now i'm wondering if its a poblem checking in online when only about 4 of those 10 are going and i've only got one booking reference for all 10 of us?

I booked for 11 people but in order get free online check-in I had to separate the bookings into two as if there are 9 or more people on a booking you cant do online check-in.0
