Harvey's damaged my property

Hi all,
I would like your opinion/advice on the following please...
I live in a 2-bed apartment on the 2nd floor and Harvey's delivered my new sofa today. When trying to get it through my front door, they damaged the ceiling in the hallway (hole about 20cm diameter). In their terms & conditions it says...
7.15 We do not accept any responsibility for damage to your property during delivery other than damage due to our negligence when our liability is limited to the repair of that damage with no element of betterment.
Is it worth complaining to Harvey's or do we not really have a leg to stand on?

A bit of a scrape and scuff isn't negligence...
Managing to shove a sofa through a ceiling is negligence. I'd pursue it.0 -
