Apologies but can you make this a little clearer as I'm not entirely sure I follow.
Am I correct in thinking you owe ebay £20 for fees which they are chasing you for? If so, then as long as you no longer have your bank account or cards linked to paypal and don't intend ever using ebay or paypal again then they can't physically take the money. It is still payable though and walking away from a legitimate debt is never recommended , (I'm assuming this was FVFs or listing fees?).
It may well be passed to debt collectors who will add more to the debt and may or may not harass you, but no one has yet shown proof that ebay has ever taken anyone too court for a debt.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If DRS is the collection agency they will add their fees I think, yes.0

The only way any money can be added to a debt is if you are taken to court and lose. Then interest and court fees to be added.
Ebay won't take anyone to court for £20.
As a debtor you also have the right to ask debt collectors to stop contacting you. I think the legal limit is one letter per month that they can send and that's it, of you ask them to stop..0 -
