Hello all,
I've received a refund to a Marks and Spencer credit card but this card no longer has a balance transfer facility available for my account.
My HSBC account states that it won't accept payment from M&S.
I've got a Sainsbury credit card account that won't accept payment from a credit card.
I've not found M&S's customer service too helpful in the past as they're not based in the U.K. So I'm asking here first.

You can’t balance transfer a positive balance anyway.
Either spend it or ask M&S for a transfer to bank or cheque0
