Help need to replace basin tap

Does anyone know how to remove the old basin tap? The thing next to two copper pipe looks like being locked up, any advices? I want to submit the picture, but can’t see the option.

Combined mixer tap or single tap ? And are there any of these https://www.screwfix.com/p/isolating-valve-15mm-10-pack/32802 on the copper pipe just under the tap ?0

Overnight soak in WD40, then use a basin wrench.0

They can be a real pain if they've been in situ for years, if in doubt just visit a bathroom showroom and look under their displays; you can pick up a cheap basin wrench for under a fiver.0
