No, they say you must maintain a credit balance! They can ask to reduce the DD if they think it's too high.Don't the T&C exclude you from purposefully generating a credit balance?
Just checked and they only pay interest on the first £1000 of credit so it's not something that'll make a lot.0 -
It's limited to £1000 in credit, also applies to Tonik Energy & others. Seems like an incentive to set the monthly direct debit on the high side and help with the suppliers cash flow.0
