The filing fee for that form is £120, and it simply needs to state the ground(s) of the appeal, and why the original Judge erred in law.

A Circuit Judge will then decide on the papers whether leave to appeal is granted, and if he refuses, you can make an oral application within 7 days.

The hearing was on the 3rd and still no judgement or anyone getting back to me after I submitted a request for transcription.

All fun and games they should make it 21 days from receipt of judgement.

Have you paid for the transcript? It isn't a free issue.

The process is a form.and then they get back to you then you pay the fee with either a 48 hour or 12 day turn around.

I have yet to have the reply aside from acknowledge that I have requested the transcript (filled in the form and given it to court)

At this rate I think I will be paying the judgement, submitting the appeal form .... and then receive the judgement and transcript
