I am still considering pursuing the matter with POPlA in terms of a complaint for the huge time, stress and effort over the last 18 months. Any advice on who resides above POPLA in terms of a claim against them.? If they had considered my appeal in the first place, I would have avoided the harassment from CEL, solicitors etc.PoPLA is administered by The Ombudsman Service Limited0

First one I've known where a discontinuance was caused by POPLA finally getting their act together. Terrible stress caused to you - make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman Service about POPLA.
