Anyone had experience of Peninsula Property?

I moved up to Scotland and as I didn't know what my long term plans were, rented out my property to a company called Peninsula Property who then rent it out as a HMO. (From googling, I think there are a couple of companies in the UK called Peninsula Property, so for the avoidance of doubt, this is one owned and run by a self-professed property guru, Peter Rowan).
I'm now owed what to me is a significant amount of money, yet he isn't responding to any form of contact, including a formal recorded-delivery letter to his business address several weeks ago asking what his intentions are regarding the property. He has blocked me from contacting him via social media, even though I didn't mention any problems with him, just that I needed him to contact me.
According to those social media accounts, he is still running seminars and mentoring people in property investment. Obviously this is quite galling to me given he isn't paying me the rent I'm owed, and isn't replying to any form of contact to let me know when he might pay or if he's got financial problems and is just going to end the lease.
Has anyone else had a similar Rent2Rent arrangement with Peninsula Property? I'm assuming my next step is going to have to be employing a solicitor to deal with things as my formal correspondence is going unanswered. Eviction procedures will be complicated by the fact the residents have their rental contracts with him rather than with me, hence me thinking a solicitor specialising in property problems will be required.

Peter Rowans Property Mentorship program failed in 2020 Resulting in £10,000s x lost to his mentee group members -his business is in trouble with creditors pressing for repayment & threatening liquidation of his various companies
Draw your own conclusions as to
Peter Rowans credibility to Teach Property Students / Run courses or work with or advise would be potential investors - is he Trustworthy!!!!

This is not Peter Rowans first failed business .
but sadly this time good honest, hard working people lost hard earned money & pension pots
Money taken your Peter Rowan in course fee s which we believe was used to fund failed ventures , leaving Peter Rowans mentees/students with no chance of refunds Peter Rowan is the owner of Peninsula Property & various other property business s,
Don’t be fooled Peter Rowan is an educated man an Ex Teacher who is also a clever speaker -he is both persuasive & charming
- don’t let him Charm YOU!

your 2020 mentee group1 -
Assuming your actual tenancy is with Peninsula Property Ltd...
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09747895
Accounts overdue - should have been filed May 2020.
First strike-off notice issued and discontinued mid-Nov 2020.
Several charges filed.
I think you're going to be dealing with administrators very soon, and finding that you're simply one of many unsecured creditors.0 -
Bit late now, but whenever you see the words Property and Seminar in the same sentence (especially if it also contains the phrase 'self-professed property guru'), then run, run as fast as your little legs will carry you in the opposite direction.

BEWARE,
I am the latest person to pursue a claim against Rowan. There are 7 unsatisfied claims against him on the CCJ register, in total for over £100,000. Registered between 6/20 and today 4/21.

I suggest you contact the receivers if appointed. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Might be worth contacting the tenants in your property, and finding out if they know anything.
Also, I'm not the person to ask, but what would the status of the tenancy contracts be if Mr Rowan and his companies go pop? You/they will probably need some sort of agreement in place for if/when this happens0 -
