Video_TS file - no audio

Hi all

I wonder if anyone can help.

I've burned an old (sentimental family) film put onto a DVD. On my PC & laptop at work it plays great. However, on my home PC there's no sound whatsover.

I've opened it in windows media player and real player but to no avail.

The speakers are on and the PC will play other original DVDs no problem at all.

Can anyone suggest anything I can do to get the sound up?

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks

    Hi
Please will you explain how you burned that film onto the disc.
Is it actually authored as a DVD with a Video_ts folder and an Audio_ts folder?
Or, alternately, is it just a video file that you've copied onto the disc?

  • Thanks for the reply.

I downloaded vlc media player & it appears to have sorted it out.

    Thanks
