  • Hi Thanks for the replies. The defence of the Planning Permission for the cameras and the signage is worth checking. I see in a Judgement that a fine etc was dismissed when like myself the driver never left his car while loitering waiting for a disabled space. I have tried to contact the Car Park owner but he hasn't replied. Now waiting for SAR replies from Britannia parking and BW Legal. Many Thanks.

    Please find Enclosed your Subject Request and Privacy Policy
    Our record indicate you have one Parking Charge Notice on our system.
    Please be informed that the PCN has been cancelled on system on XXXX 2020 and no action is required

    Just bear in mind the options you must check out when parking anywhere , including the requirements and limitations for blue badge holders

    It is rumoured that some of these companies deliberately target BB holders. Thankfully judges and MPs take a different view.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
