Credit File 02 Lender Address Query

Hi all,
Quick query. I had an old pay monthly sim that I closed down years ago. It still appears on my credit file as settled.
The lender address for o2 on Experian is listed as Fraud Queries,02 Fraud Team, Millshaw Park Lane, Non Fraud Queries; Credit File Referrals Millshaw Park Lane.
Is this just the address o2 use when reporting to the agencies, or does this mean they have suspected fraud?
A mothly sim was taken out 5 years ago and closed a few days after due to change of circumstances. Shows as settled on Equifax.
Lenders address is the above. Am I being paranoid about the fraud listing in the lenders address?

Do you know what entry type C1 means for an account on Experian?
O2 and Barclaycard have entry codes C1.
Rest of accounts have C2, C3, C4 up to C7.0 -

This would appear to be for use in the USA (federal, state etc) and I don't thuink this is for consumer credit reports. It appears to be some sort of guidance for lenders.0
