Electric radiator placement in loft-style apartment (mezzanine bedroom)

My apartment has a big open plan kitchen and sitting room with double height ceilings, with the bedroom on a mezzanine looking over it.
The heating really needs to be sorted out. Both electric radiators (not proper radiators- they just spew out hot air) in the sitting room are broken and I need to replace them, but I'm trying to work out the best place to put them. Would it be worth paying an electrician to come round to advise on where to put them? Also, I don't want to buy them only for an electrician to tell me later they can't be installed where I want them. So, I'm thinking it would be worth paying an electrician to come round and advise.
What I really want is a professional person to come round and see the space and advise on exactly where the radiators should go, but no one seems to offer this service. Should I just do my own research and rely on advice from the radiator shop?
Thanks

Radiator/heater position is pretty much immaterial as the heat will circulate round the room. Under windows is conventional as it helps stop the cold downdraft from a window, but that's less of an issue with good double glazing.
Your difficulty is the heat will rise to ceiling height, so ceiling fans on winter/downdraft setting may help
