Heating advice in winter

Hello. We have recently built an outdoor office. We use it only once a week or so at the moment. t’s a timber frame, insulated building with concrete foundations and slate roof, not a shed type building.
We have an electric radiator in it currently set to 5 degree frost setting. It’s 5 or 6 degrees in there now.
Apart from the time to reheat the room, should we set the temperature higher for any other reason? There is no plumbing to consider. We’re in Cornwall so lots of rain and humidity.
Thank you.

Should have said... the walls are rendered externally and plastered internally. So it’s a building not a shed.0

No problem at 5C to prevent frost etc. My conservatory is run the same way. If you don't run it like this, you could end up with condensate and mould forming on the walls!0

The usual official guidance is to maintain 12 C to keep a building in good order.0
