Do you regularly log onto their website and find surveys there. I have tried to do this, and if you try to do a survey that you haven't been sent an email for it won't let you? I guess I am just not the right profile:rolleyes:

No, I just wait for the email. I have noticed that when I log on there are other surveys listed, but I can only do the ones I have been invited to.

  • Ok-reason for the post is that i have some cash due from ciao hopefully before the festivities kick in.Normal ciao email address seems to be back up and running, and have emailed to find out what the connection is (and of course where the cash is as they're not the quickest off the mark in paying me). Also emailed the other guys to ask what their connection with ciao is, and if they're taking over, when they're paying me.More when I know it.
oh, changing tack slightly, am also having problems getting vouchers out of Valued Opinions.Anybody got any hints or points of contact to chase them up?keep getting automated emails in response to my queries.

I am getting normal old style ciao surveys still and these new ones, got one today saying i would get paid 10p for a 20 min survey. Just deleted it

I have tried to do a few of the new style but i never qualify, i am still earning from the old style though. Got £10 something in my account at moment i need to cash in.

I am getting quite a few "second chance" type emails too, so I guess they are struggling to fill their quotas with the ridiculously low sums they've been offering lately.

Ciao has been quite good, I usually make £5-6 each month, I also have received several 2nd chance surveys but I usually get surveys worth anything from 10p - £1.00. So I'll carry on using them for the time being and taking my £5!!!

i've been getting emails from both addys.i've been with them since 05 and just recenly have had probs with them.i received an email from them telling me that all the surveys they'd sent me had been returned.i logged into my account ok but couldn't do owt.had a message saying that there was a problem and that if the email addy was wrong then i had to change it.didn't need to change it so i didn't.ended up emailing them and eventually i got email today telling me that they'd reset my account!!! logged on to find that all the surveys i'd done in Oct and Nov weren't showing so i've emailed them from the site-emailing from my addy results in them being sent back to me for some reason.i'm cheesed off with them

    received a reply from them

Thank you for your email. Your account information is not up-to-date
on our new Beta website https://www.ciao-surveys.co.uk, because not all data
has been merged from https://www.ciao.co.uk. As this process will take some
time, please refer to the old ciao website for your account
information. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience

but the weird thing is it's the OLD site that i'm referring to.just hope that they sort it out

You are really lucky then ref the survey site we must not name, because I think I have had two from them:confused: . Do you regularly log onto their website and find surveys there. I have tried to do this, and if you try to do a survey that you haven't been sent an email for it won't let you? I guess I am just not the right profile:rolleyes:

If it helps chevalier, I'm a 'mature' woman that has no kids at home, and only one dog - not including the husband ;):D

It's not uncommon for me to receive 3 or 4 a month, and then maybe nothing for a few weeks. It's still the best imo, so I'd stick with it and answer everything as fully as you can.

(So no, as far as I know, you can't be a 'wrong profile')

    HTH?

    Edited to add:

I've given up on Ciao. 10p was bad enough, but after reading about another poster that was offered 0.07p? I think not.

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous what they're offering for surveys. I had one of those £0.07 ones too! Has anyone been using the site to write paid reviews? I'd imagine it might be more fruitful than the surveys.
