Spied an envelope from the tribunal service this morning - first words I read were ‘Appeal Period Over’ or words to that effect. Read on and they said appeals had shown the tribunals clerk a ‘better offering’. Opened up a second envelope which said my claim had been looked at for a third time and that I was entitled to the enhanced rate for care and mobility for ten years.

So please, please please please continue to fight this as far as you can. It has knackered me beyond recognition to do so, but the benefits (no pun intended) far exceed this.
