Travelling within and around the EU there is no such thing as duty free (if you are a citizen of an EU country).

Gib is part of the UK.

I'm not a smoker, but was in Prague recently and noticed packs of 200 (e.g. Marlboro Lights) are sold everywhere there for roughly £12.
