Consumer Rights and Pre-Paid Parking

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone knows if the 14 day cooling off period applies to pre-paid parking. I have paid for parking which I no longer need. I paid for it yesterday (13 Nov 2019) and it's not to be used till Saturday (16 Nov 2019). The company are refusing to refund me the money due to their Ts&Cs.
I'm hoping that I can send them an email stating that due to Consumer Laws I am entitled to my refund as I am within my cooling off period.
I really can't afford to pay for the parking I'm not using.
TIA guys

The law is here:

But I seem to recall the right to cancel might only cover services costing over £50 or so but it's a while since I read that law. Your turn!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
This is what I got from the law given in the above post. Just checking. pre-paid parking is none of these right0 -

These are the only retrictions relating to cars. Pre-Paid parking doesn't come under any of this does it?0 -
Yes it does, the guidance to that Act says somewhere (I read it years ago) these specific words: 'rental of a parking space is included'.
However, I think the Act only covers contracts of over £50, to avoid people using it to cancel their coffee order at Costa, or newspaper from the local paper shop.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks very much. I'll give it a go anyway. It was £48 so just under the £500
