car lease finance agreement with incompetent company
Hi all,
I've just signed a car lease through an online broker and have also signed the finance agreement with the finance company. The car hasn't been delivered and is still on order.
My issue is, I am very concerned with the competence of this finance company and really don't want to continue this agreement. For the last few weeks, I have received multiple daily emails addressed to me and my company address but referencing completely random cars and registrations mentioning MOT expiry, a different reg each day. I've also had invoices for missed payments, some addressed to me again for random cars and some in my name but with different company names (this car is via my ltd company).
They obviously have a serious system issue and I have no confidence. On this evidence, is it enough to cancel the agreement before I agree to take delivery of the car?
Thanks alot.

As you’re buying the car through a company, consumer protection doesn’t apply. I’d be inclined to cancel, and see what happens. Then take legal advice if necessary.0

Looks like they added your email to some database and send info to it by accident.0
