Hi
I had 3 flights booked with Thomas Cook using my Natwest Mastercard. I have receievd an email today (header is Retail Dispute) telling me that they are crediting my account for two of the flights. They are the cheapest of the three flights. Is this normal? I put the same claim in for all 3 flights. Should I be expecting all 3 to be resolved at the same time? The outstandng flight was £2k+ and the two in todays email were less than that in total. Is that a factor in the way they are resolving claims?
Anybody has anything similar before I go on hold for 45 minutes to Natwest tomorrow?

Did you put the 3 claims in simultaneously?0

Yes. They were all submitted on the same form.0

Called Natwest (took 10 minutes, so not too bad). Payments over £1k have to go to a separate team to be approved, that's why it wasn't in the email. Should be done in a few days.
