    Wrong end of stick.
    Im saying its over valued by EA & wasnt worth £60k in first place.
    In our case, no viewings in 6 months says it wasnt worth that. Went to auction, auctioneer said same thing that if you get a £40k offer before hand, rip their hands off (which they did)

    Have a friend who had a house that without the stamp duty issue probably wouldve got about £45k but as theyre only bought by clueless BTL investors from down south no one is willing to pay more than £40k so pretty much had to accept £39k as was desperate to get shot
