Leaking drain

Hi,
I noticed a few small internal cracks inside my ground floor extension a few months ago.
I had a full Structural Inspection undertaken and the Engineer said it was either two things causing the issue;
1) A nearby tree (I have since had this cut down and the stump removed)
2) A leaking drain causing the clay to slip.
I had a CCTV survey carried out which shows a large open joint where the clay pipe meets the internal toilet pipe.
Ideally I would get a pipe liner installed.
My question is how much does this usually cost?
Has anybody had any experience whit building contractors with this?
The Drainage engineer who carried out the CCTV survey mentioned that because its so close to the toilet that it can be done from there.
Thank you
