Hello
I appealed a ticket in April 2017 from a private car park as we had purchased a ticket but it had come off the dashboard. It was a ticket with the cars reg number in it and was perfectly valid. They rejected the appeal and said it was a penalty offence as it should have been displayed. I started to ignore them after that as per some of the comments on the old thread. It seemed fine. However today I have received a letter saying that we need to pay £160 or go to court. What has happened to prompt this being reopened and does this mean ot is definitely court?

Why does hardly anyone provide the name of the parking company in their first post? :doh:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
