ParkingEye - 2 PCNs in 2 weeks and I was not the driver

Just name the driver with the SA address as well, then ignore.

Warn him if he gets a letter, it cannot affect him.

I have received two PCNs from Parking Eye in the last two weeks for contraventions at Brighton Asda Marina car park. It seems that no parking is permitted from midnight Saturday until 10am Sunday - but there is no barrier and the car park is open.

The signs are OK in SOME parts of that car park; I know it well as I am localish. The part under cover has no signs at all, so it is badly signed at that area.

It is also a cash cow 'trap' of a site as they leave the gates open as you say, and have recently changed the rules yet the signs are inadequate to draw that to people's attention, so much so that Asda had to put out their own large A board sign in the entrance.

I stopped to read it (because I always read scammer parking signs!) and of course, everyone else was walking straight past it...human nature. Still not prominent enough.
