Hi guys - gutted I ordered my camera from Dabs yesterday....

I ordered a Canon Powershot A550 from Amazon for £92, as they had sent me an email about the Canon cashback offer - it is £25 off this particular model. It was great timing because I was about to order a lower spec Canon and now with the £25 cashback the A550 will come out at the same price. A great deal - go and have a look on Amazon, the offer ends tomorrow.

Grabbed the last one and have already had £2.72 validated on my GreasyPalm account as well!

So that's a Canon A550 for £61.28 altogether

They will probably re-load these onto the site tomorrow, so there's still probably a chance for others to get this.

I bought one of these back in May, it worked out roughly £80 after £30 cashback. It's a good camera (was the best in it's class) and highly rated on the camera review sites.

Just in case John Lewis don't come up with the goods, the same model is available from 7dayshop at £89, less £25 cashback + £3.95 p&p. So £67.95.

For £3 more, however, they have the A560.

Thanks OP, ordered one last night when there were 4 left.

Now can someone tell me if this is going to be better than my canon a400. That's a good camera outdoors but doesnt quite churn out crisp photos indoors without a flash.

i have the A430 power shot
my brother has the new 550 although i find mine easier to use (im used to it)
i think the 550 is a better camera for all round pics
