Moving in together - tv and broadband

I hope someone can help us go about this the best way
My partner is moving in with me before Christmas.
I currently have bt broadband and have 10 months left on contract.
My partner has sky tv and sky broadband, with 8 months left on contract.
We want to move the sky tv package across but unsure whether sky will allow us to leave the broadband active in the second place, as we are not selling just yet.
Or could we move the sky broadband and tv to mine and then I can move the BT. Broadband to the other place.
Sorry for confusion, just wondered if anyone has done anything similar.

Move BT and it usually starts a new 18 month contract .
So it may be cheaper to pay off the 10 months remaining .0
