Guilty as charged

Just opened 2 letters (NKT) from Horizon as don't collect post very often, second one was posted 23rd October.

I overstated an hour in Asda (Horizon) 19th September. Shopped in Asda then ate my dinner and enjoyed 4G while avoiding going home, (not only to rubbish wifi!!) at 10.30pm!! Didn't even know there was a parking time limit even though that is my main shopping shop. I usually pay cash too which doesn't help. I am not confident enough to approach thestore.

Struggling with content of copy & paste blue text from newbies thread as that mentions 20 mins grace period and I am beyond that acceptable grace., Am I too late to fill in the online appeal anyway?

Their Letters don't seem to include a warning the keeper must pay in absence of driver details as it state in POPLA 9.2(f). Its taken me a week to get this far I'm very slow

Just complain to the Asda manager in person this week and they can cancel it.

Take proof of any Asda purchase ANY TIME this year (bank statements, even those from your FAMILY?) and say you are so horrified and scared that you are all planning not to return, and you always shop here every week and were going to spend a fortune on home items, presents, toys and food at Christmas...

Is this an exclusive ASDA car park, or does the car park service a number other retail outlets?

ASDA's preferred parking firm is ParkingEye.

In that case, the ASDA manager (not Customer Services) is your first port of call. I've seen very few ASDA cases where the manager hasn't cancelled (you'll get fobbed-off by CS, so go for the top).
