Resolver

Did several claims through resolver and only had one reply back, one of them is Sainsburys they have not responded at all and according to resolver there is not escalation available and they keep closing the file - how do I pursue Sainsburys?

  • You contact them directly.

    Be aware that Resolver doesn't always send the complaints on properly so they may not have been submitted correctly before the deadline.
  • I have had a complaint raised through resolver with 118 regarding loans.

    They wouldnt respond to me via resolver, so I contacted them directly.

    Got a response saying they would look into, and then again when I followed up.

    Today is the 8 weeks they said they would provide a final response by, and I have had no correspondence. Any advice please? Straight to FOS?
