Help with Vanquis

in Credit cards
Hi folks,
So I’ve recently had a change in my circumstances which means that I’m now in a position to seriously start clearing some debt. I had a card with Vanquis that I’ve just run up to the max. I really want to start paying it but I don’t have the card which means I can’t access the account online and when I’ve phoned them it seems I can’t get through to speak to anyone without the card details either. Does anyone know how I could get to speak to them? My account might even be with a debt collection agency now but I don’t know without actually speaking to them. I really want to start saving for a mortgage and know clearing my debts will help me too. Thanks in advance
