    Got mine mounted about 1.2m from the floor - This is about head height when I'm sitting in an armchair so that I can read the display if needed. The HETAS engineer that signed off on my stove installation had no problems with the location.

    As long as the CO alarm is not subjected to any draughts from doors or windows, it can be sited at a convenient height.
