Yes he has the authority,they submitted the form on opening the account,it was one of the reasons they choose EON.
ill pass it on that they can request a return of any credit.

Just a quick point on where the equal monthly DD payment falls down on ALL utility suppliers,they never take into account the warm home discount payment of £140.
So if your estimate for gas and electricity over the 12 mths is £900 then you pay £75 a month but in reality it should be £63.33.There should be something in the system to take the WHD into account.0 -

I take your point about the Warm Home Discount. The difficulty is, eligibility can change year on year and we don't know who will be receiving it until it's actually issued and on the account. You're right, it isn't included in calculations done before the payment is made. It will be included in reviews done once the payment is on the account.
