Eon Solar Panel FiT tariff transfer

Need advice and would really appreciate an Eon representative to respond.
We are shortly completing on a property which has solar panels under an Eon FiT contract. We have been unable to obtain an Eon FiT tariff transfer because of health issues with the previous occupier. I'm guessing this is not an unusual problem and there is a way to deal with it.
We own the solar panels outright with the purchase of the property.
Would like to know, please, what documentation is needed to authorise a new contract with us and where to send it to?
Thank you to all.

Morning KarinHerts and hope all goes well with your house purchase.
We've a specialist Feed in Tariff (FIT) team who will be happy to advise what you need to do to transfer the FIT scheme into your name. Their contact details are on our website. There's also a lot more details on the website about the scheme in general.
In the FAQs, contact details are in the 'transfer my installation' and 'update my details' sections.
Thanks KarinHerts.
