Hi I dunno if I'm in the right thread but if my pay cut off date Is the 1st but I get paid on the 15th would I get paid 4 weeks & 3 days this month

It all depends on how your pay is worked out, some are paid the same each month and some are paid by the number of working days. Cut off date can mean many things, it may only be used for paying overtime. The only ones who can tell you is your HR dept.0

Your best option for correct answer is your HR or line manager. It all depends on how your employer payroll is setup.0
