Recontrer Printemps online Chinese shop

Hello,
In October i bought a pair of boots from Recontrer Printemps, a Chinese company with a FB page (stating, wrongly that they are based in Spain!) Paid by debit card.
4 weeks later I received the boots. Unfortunately, they don't look anything like the advertised photo; the colour is all wrong, there are brown stains all over them and they are unfinished (ie pieces not stitched/glued). In short, a right mess! These boots are unwearable.
I complained, sending photos, and they replied "We can give you a 10 Euro coupon as a compensation to make up for our mistakes". They also said that "if the shoes come back, it will cost you a lot of postage."
This is not good enough. I want a full refund, £39.
What's the best way forward do you think?

Try a chargeback from your debit card provider. It might work, there again it might not but you've got nothing to lose.0
