Aqua PDF statements-when

I noticed Oct's Aqua card has PDF download from statement option.
Yet Nov's statement only has debit/credit and short summary-No PDF option.
Is there any timescales for PDF option being made available.
11th is Nov' statement date.
One or two other personal calls made, trying to avoid calling Aqua tonight.

Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb

I have noticed recently that the full PDF copy does not become available for a day or two after the statement is produced...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Yes I have seen the APR with previous PDF's
The viewable one is 37.69 purchase apr
The recent one is not yet showing pdf option I personally suspect the apr is higher though not certain.
