Court case won - Costs not yet received, how to investigate?

Hello,
I have another thread on this site: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/75736132#Comment_75736132 , however my case is now finished. I won the case and was awarded my costs. on the 25th October 2019
The judge ordered the parking co to reward me my costs by Friday 8th November 2019 by 4pm deadline. I have a letter from the court confirming this. I have not received anything from the car parking company since/yet.
Should I chase it? Who do I contact? The court or the parking company? Do the parking company send a cheque to the court and they send it on to me, or I go pick it up? I'm not sure of these final steps.
It was a relief to have it all be over but now I'm still waiting for my costs, and with it been close to christmas they definitley would come in handy!
Thanks
B

Then append to that thread. WHy start again? Make s zero sense
You could apply to the court for a Warrant of Control. Really easy and obvious how to do so using the right form.
They should send you a cheque directly.0 -
Phone the ppc and tell them you want payment. This is one time you can ring. They should pay you directly.
If they mess about you can instruct a baliff or other enforcement action. It's a county court judgment after all.0 -

Did that this morning, but didn't get any replies, assume it fell down the list.

Yes, so you bump that thread, you dont start a new thread against the rules
You could also have searched, This is hardly a new topic!0 -
the MCOL site has full details on how to issue a warrant of control, but give the PPC a warning shot first , giving them 7 days to comply , do it IN WRITING and keep a copy0

Sent this letter:
Re: Claim Number - XXXXXXX - Excel Parking Services v XXXXXX
I am the Defendant in the above case and am writing due to a lack of action after the above small claims hearing which took place on 25th October 2019. As you will be aware, the court dismissed the claim and awarded my costs to the sum of £109.50 and ordered them to be paid by 4pm on the 8th November 2019. These costs have not yet been reimbursed to myself to the above address, and the deadline has now passed. As this was a court judgement against yourselves I trust you will abide by said judgement and send the payment as soon as possible.
Please send a cheque to the address above with the full amount before Monday 2nd December. If no payment/cheque is received I will have no option to take things further with the court.
Yours faithfully0 -
Add ..... FINAL WARNING BEFORE BAILIFF ACTION0

By just reading the start of this post I could have put money on which PPC this was going to be. This has happened to other posters on this site, They are a law unto themselves.
