Dyson v7 motorhead or Vax 2 blade max?

I compared them at the shop and Dyson seemed more powerful.. I'm so confused. Which one should I get?

There is no easy answer but a year ago I bought the Dyson V10 mainly because I wanted something that was easy to use as I approach 75 and have back problems. I cannot fault this machine and have given away by 2000w powerful corded cleaner. But I use it in a different way to the corded which I used one or twice a week to do the whole house. Now I have the Dyson hanging on the kitchen wall and just do one room or the stairs once or twice a week but not all at the same time so its about 5 mins per use, the kitchen I do more often. I have carpets upstairs and hard floors down but use the same head on the Dyson most of the time although its also very handy to clean the car.
So whether the machine will run for 30 mins or 40 mins between charge is not important to me neither is the size of the bin but could be a consideration to you.
I believe the V7 is 25% less powerful than the V10 but the V10 is £399 (bought it int free over 12 months on Ppal credit from Dyson) so the VAX 2 Blade could be the better buy at £199.

The Dyson vacuum cleaner was first introduced in 1993 with the launch of the first model DC01. Today, it is renowned for the unique ball features that allow the user to move it to any awkward positions. Now there are so many designs available in the market that the customers can choose the best to suit their choices. Dyson vacuum is majestically designed with the patented cyclone technology, which spins the dirt from the air; hence, it never loses its suction. Moreover, the most innovative ideas, technology, and quality testing make this brand really unique. The model is so sleek that it can be stored easily. The attachments like the groom tool help pick up the dirt even from the pets directly. This dog groomer’s slicker bristles suck in the pet loose hair directly into the vacuum cleaner and prevent shedding off hair around the home. Using it, you can ensure dirt free atmosphere that prevents allergy, asthma, wheezing, and many other health problems.
