Natwest Loan - PLP

Hi,

I have received a response to my Natwest Loan claim to say that I did not pay any PPI.

The loan referred to within their document has a different loan account number to the paperwork I have. The paperwork I have
states very clearly that the repayments included PLP (Personal Loan Protection) - is this different to PPI?

I had two letters from Natwest within a day of each other; the first dated 14th October states "we have identified that a PPI policy was sold to you", and then the second, dated the 15th October states "Having completed a full review of our records we can find no record of any PPI policy having been sold to you.

The first letter refers to Natwest and the second just refers to RBS Group.

What should my next course of action be?

TIA

Give them a copy of your evidence that shows you paid PPI.
