very uk (shop direct) help please!

hi guys

i Would be very grateful if any of you lovely ladies or gents?
could help me?
i ordered a pair of burberry sunglasses off of very,
Andd i had them sent to my local click and collect store.
on opening them, they were the same brand but a completely different pair of sunglasses, to what i had ordered and what was advertised online?
so i obviously sent them back as soon as i was able to.
In the mean time i re ordered them again, thinking there was just probably a mix up at the packing department.
To then receive the same pair of glasses again, that once again was not what i ordered.or what they were advertising online.? the same brand but completely different style again.
so getting frustrated i send them back the next day to.
i then get an email to say the second pair of sunglasses had been refunded ,but still not the first.
so i ring them to find out why?
to which at the time they were unable to explain.and had to chase up with the inspection department.
to my shock that afternoon after the call,
i get a knock at the door with a parcel ,from very!!
sending me the glasses back again, in a battered old box and missing the original smaller box that the glasses were originally in, with a note saying they are not what i had ordered and that they were damaged!! Obviously im furious by this point?
As i never even ordered these glasses in the first place? And i certainly didnt damage them, i didnt even remove them from the case.As i saw instantly they were wrong once again.
And to be told now that im not getting a refund after being misold a product not once but twice?
I feel like they have tried to palm me off with something that i never ordered and are now trying to charge me for something that i never wanted in the first place?
Please help ?

many thanks T X

With very, you need to spell it out for them. You know the goods aren't the goods you ordered, this is why you were returning them. As they have failed to supply goods within conformity of the contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are liable for any costs involved.
