    ...under warranty.

OK, so that's one major issue, and a couple of minor.
  • From my understanding I have given them an oppurtunity to repair the goods, they haven't done this as the first fault is still present. I could argue that the low oil problem could result in the failure of the turbo system, it is an oil cooled turbo system...

I thought you said that the level showed low, but it was an electrical issue that went away...?

The car does have a dipstick, I presume, and you do check the level manually regularly? Anyway, low level does not affect oil circulation until it's low enough that the pump starts sucking air - at which point, you'd be ignoring the oil pressure warning - and you'd be voiding your warranty as well as any hope of a return.
  • Checked oil level at all times, perfectly fine. had it in branch for this problem they confirmed it was fine. Good for a few days and it returned. It could be electrical. But, just because it's under warranty doesn't mean it's fine and doesn't inspire my confidence in the slightest.

Warranty is for peace of mind and in theory should never need to be used.
  • Just an update, spoken with my finance company and the Arnold clark general manager. They're happy to resolve this by taking the car back knowing the issues.

Let's just hope I can get the insurance cancelled rather easily :)

No you dont, they will fix it if its still under warranty and you will get it back. My advice is to get a price from WBAC, get a settlement and then pay the difference, its not gainign any value sat there with things going wrong and you paying insurance on it.
