Voucher bought through a third party

Just wondered what my rights are if o have a voucher purchased through a third party i.e Red Letter Days, and the company that voucher is for goes bust before I use it? Am I entitled to a refund from the third party company?

Depends on the terms and conditions. It maybe a credit note for other vouchers. Or it maybe a case of you bought a voucher and you got your voucher join the queue if the company that went bust had any funds.

Check their terms and conditions before buying.

As above. All in the T/C
But as you received the voucher there are no chargeback/S75 rights via your bank/card provider.
