Parking charge notice help

Hi, a few weeks ago I received a parking charge notice/notice to keep for over staying in euro car parks- The Peel Centre Bracknell. Entry says 29/9/19 @ 2:53am, exit was 29/9/19 4:18am. I stayed in my car and was caught by the ANPR cameras however the photos only show my registration not my car. The charge amount is £100 by 5/11/19 but £60 if paid by 22/10/19. I have surpassed both dates and have since received a Final Notification Letter saying my outstanding balance is £100. I did simply forget to address these letters plus when I did have a look online multiple sites said to ignore the letters. I have very little knowledge on this type of stuff so I was hoping someone could tell me where I stand here and advise me what to do step by step please. I think even £60 let alone £100 is a ridiculous fine for being in a car park for less than 2 hours. Thank you

all explained in detail in the newbies faq sticky thread near the top of this forum , please read it
the £100 default charge has been £100 for a decade so no chance of changing it, especially not since the BEAVIS case a feww years ago
chances are its too late to appeal it but try anyway
IGNORING it will probably lead to a court case , so the IGNORE route could well result in a court case in your local court within 6 years
the last time we told people on here to IGNORE a private pcn was MARCH 2013 , so 6.5 years ago
park on private land at your peril
the best option for you is a cancellation by the landowner , but try a late appeal as KEEPER too, no blabbing about who was driving, not to anyone
which parking company issued the pcn ?0 -
It was from euro car parks0
