Can't access Facebook

Using Microsoft Edge browser on my PC and all of a sudden I can't seem to access FB,(some might say that's a good thing)
Fine on my I Pad and phone? any advice appreciated.

Try clearning the browsers cached files. without more information, we can't really help.

Sometimes says page not available, others it gives a 'brief' description of the home page, i.e. just titles, etc...
How do I clear cache?

I think I've cleared cache, now asking me to enable cookies???
