Comparing on MSE
Hi all
I'm desperate to switch suppliers but how do I know which is a more accurate comparison to use on the MSE site please? According to my supplier I used 1757 KWh electricity (£604.88) last year but in reality I fed £900 (approx) into the PAYG meter. Why is there such a big difference and why?
Thanks

Standing charges? VAT?
Don't rely on your supplier's readings (they could be estimates), always take your own meter readings.0 -
