Do you know how often these cases actually escalate to a magistrates court?
So best option for now is to ignore QDR? Was considering replying via the company asking for evidence as requested previously to SABA and ZZPS to which neither responded.
They have taken people to court but how often isn't known. We have only come across one case on this board. All the others on here have timed out.
In the case on here apparently they got a couple of hundred as "winnings". Their expenses (which apparently was an accurate figure, they have to tell the truth in court) of several thousands wasn't allowed. They haven't tried since for some reason.0
