I am using IE 7 and have an annoying problem.
All the icons associated with my favourite url links, seem to be randomly changing.
Where, I have a couple of links to the same website (different pages) they will have the same icon.
Any ideas?

Have you emptied your temp internet files lately? That should flush any info on the "favicon.ico" which the browser finds on the site and puts in your fav's and search window, I don't know if you can pick the icon you want to show? the ones on my site are ones I made and appear automatically.There are 10 types of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't...0

I would think if you are on same web site, you will get same icon, whatever the page.

Mine does from time to time, such as the BBC icon replacing Martin's mush for this site.
When I Cclean my drives it usually resets them.0 -
