Parking charge notice

My parking permit fell off my window and I have been given a parking charge notice on my windscreen by a crooked company demanding money even thou the parking inspector could see my permit he has taken pictures deliberately from angles to hide my permit details from camera view iv read that if I ignore it this will most likely not go any ware but unfortunately I tried to appeal it giving me address and details explaining it is my parking bay so now they can send me threatening letters if I do not correspond to to the letters is it likely to go to court as I'm not the registered keeper of the car but have confirmed I parked it in my own bay and the permit fell off iv read countless reviews on the company they refuse all appeals and increase parking charge thru are a private company not government or dvla but a very crooked company that treat legitimate appeals unfairly and threaten court proceedings.

    Name the parking company

Was it a lease vehicle ? , Or is it privately owned ?

Normally they would write to the registered keeper , not to you , so why are they writing to you if you are not the registered keeper ?

@OP - are you using a mobile phone to post here? You can't use the forum fully if you're not on a PC, laptop or decent tablet.

Please paragraph your posts as walls of text are very difficult to read, especially when there isn't a single punctuation mark used. Your first (and only) sentence is 168 words long!

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As above, please add punctuation, spaces, and hit enter to create new lines and paragraphs.

The advice to ignore has not been given here since the law changed in 2012. Whoever told you it probably won't go anywhere if you ignore it is seriously out of date. At 9 million tickets and tens upon tens of thousands of court cases per year, this is not the sort of thing you should ignore.

Where did the alleged event happen; at home, at work, or somewhere else? If at home, do you own or rent the property/parking space. If you rent, what does your lease/AST say and not say about parking?
If at work, what does your contract say or not say about parking?

You need to give us more information so we can begin to help you.
