Looking for some advice (for business bank account for a start up)

Does anyone have any experience of using Clydesdale or Yorkshire company?

How easy is it to deal with them?

What is your overall experience, given that they do have many branches (my nearest are 76 miles distance)?

Do you recommend any of them? If no, what do you suggest.......
