Do you think anybody else would conclude that it's been smoked in? (eg if Lookers simply deny it's been smoked in, can you establish that it has been other than what you can smell - perhaps cigarette burns etc?)

And I will intimately attend another Lookers to have an independent insidiously conclude the same

Make sure you make a copy of the video if needed, then contact them, tell them you have been miss sold it and want a refund.

I do not recall any car I have bought second hand being sold as no one ever smoke din this vehicle!

I thought the salesman meant smoked as in road racer .


Salesman would never know if a user or passenger smoked in the car unless their was evidence like brown headlining .

They may have used language like "owned by a none smoker". They will omit "who carried 4 passengers who smoked like chimneys"

Check the wording in the video carefully

If it's an approved vehicle then don't Lookers provide a 30 day exchange with it? I suggest you call them.
